We made a quick stop at Bella’s Ice Cream, a fresh and welcoming new spot in Horseheads, NY, and were pleasantly surprised by its charm! ✨

From the outside, Bella’s sets a cozy summer vibe with outdoor seating and cornhole games, making it a great little hangout for families, kids, or just a quick sweet break while driving through town.

Inside, the setup is clean and cheerful — and they serve Hershey’s ice cream, Italian ice, and freshly brewed coffee. We opted for a half scoop and wow, it was generously portioned — more like a full scoop in disguise! 👀🍨 The texture was smooth and refreshing — we picked a classic red-and-blue swirl that hit the spot.

The BEST Ice Cream Parlor around!! The whole atmosphere is welcoming and FUN! The staff is incredibly kind and work hard to fill orders as quickly as possible - even when they are SLAMMED with customers! Now, how's the food and ice cream? SO GOOD! Our family has enjoyed burgers, fries, onion rings, and chicken fingers....all of it absolutely delicious! What you would expect from a small "diner" (the best kind, in my opinion). The ice cream...ALSO incredible! We have frequented the parlor for ice cream on numerous occasions and have had different varieties from simple hard scoops, to flurries, to sundaes, to italian ice gelatos, to milk shakes, to icees....All of it TOP NOTCH every time! Conclusion....GET...

We absolutely love this place except for one thing that is becoming quite disappointing. This is why I can’t give it a 5 star. They have healthier alternatives to regular ice creams which is amazing but the machines are constantly broken and down. I have to ask what’s the point in keeping these on your menu and for people to be excited about them if they are always breaking down? It’s a bummer every time it happens. I want to bring my in laws here while there in town but I’ll be worried there machines are broken again… Other than that everything else is great that we have...
