I'm not normally one to give a negative rating, however there was an issue with my order that I placed online with this particular business, and the owner of the business had no resolution for my problem, which is absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered food for my team at work, and the sandwiches were wrapped so poorly, the deli paper was soaked, one foot long was torn in half, another sandwich had a hole in it. I simply asked for a resolution because I am embarrassed to serve food in this condition to my team. Read moreI’ve been at established many times in the past. My guess is that they new management because there are now restrictions on which sandwiches you can buy with a coupon. But the sandwiches they prepare for you, have meager amounts of meat and toppings. When you pick up the sandwich (a foot long) it is very light weight because of its minimal contents.
