Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

Saturday 10:45 AM visit: Dunkin Donuts will always be what it's sold to be. The coffee, donuts and or sandwiches we just have to have to function... but, this location continues to have slow service. Reading previous reviews indicates its a known issue. From I see at other locations, there needs to be dedicated staff on their stations. This location, needs at the least two addition staff members during busy times. As I was standing in line, several people drove into the parking area, looked at the line a drove off. Some walked in and walked right back out. Overhead a gentleman on line in conversation saying, "in the year I've been coming here, it's been always like this". Additionally, with the On-The Go ordering, it takes time from customers already on-line. Get it together guys, staff and schedule accordingly to better serve your customers. GOAL: in and out...

I have been served a drink with sour milk TWICE in a week at this location.

Today there were literal chunks in the drink. I told an employee to remake it without using sour milk. She remade the drink. Upon handing it to me I asked if she used different milk. She stared at me blankly. I asked again. Her response was "I used the milk in the machine". I asked if the first drink was made using milk in the machine. Her response was yes.

How could you make a drink using the SAME PRODUCT and expect different results?! Are you that clueless? Clearly this location has no concept of expiration dates, checking product for freshness, or cleaning their equipment.

Went into the store at 5:30 this morning. There were no customers. The woman at the counter couldn't be bothered to take an order because she was putting up labels. After 5 minutes she cam over to take my order. I asked for 2 dozen, whereby whe visibly sighed and went to get them. However her "regulars" then came in and she decided to help them first, because it was "just coffee" . So after another 10 minutes, when when yet a 4th "regular" came in for coffee and she took them first, I left.
