Iron River Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Town of Iron River

The food is amazing!!! They have many options, not just pizza. You must try the double decker!! The atmosphere is fantastic. You really get the feel for the Northwoods with the animal decor!. However, maybe it was just a bad night, but our server was not pleasant. She never said hi, never introduced herself. Immediately asked if we were ready to order. We said we need more time, and we asked if we can get some drinks. She said "I guess I can do that".. she came back alittle later to take orders. Stay away! Food and Staff are Horrific! I went there and got a double cheeseburger paid 20 dollars for it and it was unedible! My dog wouldn't even it eat. I politely took it back and told them and they started screaming at me and said well its food isn't it ? They wouldn't exchange or offer money back. I told them we'll here just keep it then and left it on the counter. They just sat there and all started looking at me like I was the crazy one! I also had a pizza there before and it was god awfull. The Iron River Pizza Parlor has been my favorite pizza for the last 38 years. My kids consider it as the best pizza pie, and is the ONLY pizza my daughter will eat. Fabulous atmosphere, and even though the ownership has changed hands over the years, you can expect to get the same great tasting pizza as they always have provided. Even if we dont have time to stop and eat, I will order ahead and pick up a pie to take home with me. Any time I go there I see people I know, or my Mom and Dad know(Ruska's).
