In the heart of our fair city lies Cordello's Pizzeria, a bastion of culinary delight where the true art of pizza is upheld. The establishment, known to many and beloved by more, doth serve a repast that is nothing short of divine.
Foremost among its virtues is the sauce, a rich elixir crafted from the ripest of tomatoes, infused with a blend of herbs and spices that doth transport one's palate to the verdant fields of Italy. This ambrosial concoction is the very soul of their pizzas, rendering each bite a symphony of flavors.
The cheese, a masterful mélange, doth crown the pizza with its creamy decadence. Melted to perfection, it forms a golden mantle that stretches and bubbles, imparting a lusciousness that can only be described as heavenly. This dairy delight, so expertly chosen and prepared, is a testament to Cordello's dedication to the finest ingredients.
And lo, the crust! A marvel of baking prowess, it is both tender and crisp, with a texture that provides the perfect foundation for the sumptuous toppings. The dough, one may observe hand-kneaded and lovingly baked, achieves a balance that is both light and satisfying, a veritable masterpiece of the culinary arts.
Not to be overlooked are Cordello's wings, which are famed throughout the land for their unparalleled crispiness. Each morsel is cooked to a golden perfection, the skin crackling with a satisfying crunch, whilst the meat within remains tender and flavorful. These wings, accompanied by an array of delectable sauces, are a delight to both the eye and the taste.
In conclusion, Cordello's Pizzeria stands as a paragon of gastronomic excellence, where sauce, cheese, and crust are exalted, and the wings are unrivaled in their crispy splendor. Verily, it is a place where one might find respite from the toils of the day and partake in a feast fit for...
Read moreUnfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. Got a pizza with black olives and pepperoni. The pizza was not great over all. From the sauce to the cheese to the crust they all were all pretty bland and flavorless. the crust was weirdly chewy and hard to eat without your jaw hurting by the end. Additionally the black olives were full of pits. I have never had this experience before let alone 3 times in one pizza. Between my family we ate about 5 pieces of the pizza and 3 separate pieces had olive pits. I almost broke my tooth and having fed this to a toddler who loves black olives this is an absolute choking hazard. Next time I’d rather eat little caesars. I wish I could give no stars on this review but that’s not an option. We still have a little more then half a pizza left and I don’t think refrigerating it is going to do it any favors. A very unfortunate experience and a waste of your hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and order...
Read moreI ordered a calzone .. when I literally took my first bite, there was a long hair baked into the mozzarella cheese. I immediately called the store and explained to one worker what I found. The worker ended up getting the owner on the phone. He said, he baked it himself and didn't see any hair. I told him it is a long hair baked into the calzone. I wanted a new one and I have the hair still bake in the cheese and the entire calzone still intact THE OWNER WAS AS RUDE AS CAN BE! HE NEVER APOLOGIZED AND SAID WELL I'LL GET YOU A ANOTHER ONE WHEN I CAN. He acted as tho I was bothering him about this. Like he didn't care that I found hair in my food. I opted out on getting anything else except for my money back and taking my business to...
