Ralph's Famous Italian Ices and Ice Cream of Holbrook — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Crazy how we are all standing here on a very chilly night in April waiting on a fairy long line for ice cream. I guess when you have the best, everybody knows.

Ralf’s has hard Ice cream, soft Ice cream, water Ice and creamy Ice. So many flavors to choose from it’s hard to make a decision. Thank god for the long line. lol

I changed my mind a few times but ultimately ended up with the Peanut Butter Brownie creamy Ice. I could not be happier with my choice. The brownie bites were so fresh and the ice absolutely tasted like ice cream. I think I saved a fee calories without sacrificing any of the taste.

I want to thank the young lady who helped me this evening with the allergen menu. When I asked if the rainbow flavor had dairy in it, she took out the nutrition information book to show me what the ingredients are. To my surprise, most flavors have egg in them. Another extremely serious and dangerous allergen for my daughter. I never even thought to ask if it could have egg in it. Had she not taken the time to show me, I would have given it to my daughter causing an anaphylaxis reaction.

A very young girl who works there, black hair and brown eyes, don’t know her name is a lunatic, she cursed me out and made a scene calling me rude because I was stoic to her or something and literally just said “ok” when she said my order was not ready yet, when I am not i am from another country and it’s my culture to not talk as much she Obviously has no respect for other cultures, never coming back here again, theres other good ice cream shops...
