Chinatown Kitchen Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Jackson

WORST SERVICE EVER! Been to this restaurant several times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. The women running the place is SO RUDE! She will not stop talking when your ordering and doesn't listen so orders are always wrong. Finally, I had enough! I brought back my order because I ordered "medium" hot and it was SO HOT I couldn't even eat it. Well, instead of an "I'm sorry", I got hassled and harassed by this women who would not even stop talking for 5 minutes to hear what I was saying! Then she didn't even make me a new order with rice (as the first rice was ruined by the too hot food). She wasn't apologetic, or even nice. I had to drive back 20 minutes to the restaurant to be hassled again by this crazy women who wouldn't stop shouting at me when I did nothing wrong but try to give them business. The food at this restaurant is NOT THAT GOOD either. It used to be good 2 years ago when it was run by another person, now this has got to be the worst Chinese restaurant in the county. AVOID...

Ordered take out last night from here for the first. Employee answered promtly. They said our huge order would take 20 minutes. I walked in right on time and everything was hot and ready for us. Prices were great, the establishment clean. The employees wore bright smiles, and they even gave us complimentary almond cookies. They were the freshest almond cookies I've ever had with Chinese take out. They did everything right and next time im in town, I won't call the other Chinese takeout locations that i usually do when in hartford/slinger get/jackson area. I'll be calling...

Worst Chinese I've EVER had!!! Seriously. Ordered 5 different things. Sweet sour chicken was greasy but good. Rest was awefull. General Tao was more of a bbq sauce.
