During burger season (now the official 7th season in the ADK’s)(mud being the 5th and black fly the 6th), be sure to order the Gouda burger with caramelized onions and a side of broccoli salad. Dessert a MUST!!! Make sure to time your visit right after that awesome adventure. Then… sink into one of ADK chairs around the fire pit, introduce yourself to the locals and share your adventure of the day and savior the food!! We love meeting new folks, answering questions and great conversation!
During the cooler weather, warm up with one of their specialty soups and gourmet grill cheese or their featured entree. Dining room is cozy and laidback. Decorated by beer bottles from all over the world, rustic furniture and background hum of conversation and laughter.

A wonderful and unique little restaurant. Love the concept and quaintness. Only open Monday and Tuesday when many other restaurants are closed. Limited seating in the old style motel lobby room. You order at the counter from a limited menu and then find a seat. Super friendly people! Not fine dining but for $10 a meal, including drink, it is food that satisfies. A favorite of the locals. Such yummy food and such a bargain! They now serve beer, so that goes great with their burgers. The peach whisky slow cooked chicken was amazing! We like it so much Monday that we came back Tuesday.
