McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Kewaskum

I'll start with the positive: The food was pretty darn good. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were hot. The sweet tea lemonade was a nice treat. The bad: The lobby was a mess. Tables were dirty and sticky in spots. The ugly: This was the second time I've stopped in at this location in the past month. (I was traveling for work.) I'm willing to offer anyone a pass once, as they might be having a bad day. The manager here, however, ONLY has bad days apparently. The first time I stopped, I was treated as a nuisance by him for ordering at the counter. Today? I couldn't even get service at the counter, so I ordered and paid at the self-service kiosk. The manager was the person who brought my food to my table. He set it down and slid it over to me without a word. I offered a, "thank you," but received nothing in return. I watched as he took a meal to a waiting car. As he came back inside, there were a couple gentlemen following him. He let the door close - just out of their reach of the handle. He never bothered to see if someone was close behind to possibly hold the door for them. I'm not a person who frequents McDonald's all that often, but this guy would make me take my money elsewhere. I've been in customer service for the better part of 35 years, and this was hands-down THE worst display of customer service by a manager...

Stopped here with my son waiting for my daughter at her meeting, they screwed up my food, forgot his yogurt for his happy meal, and they couldn't keep their orders in order as they were made handing out food to they didnt know who. Apparently one of the customers was a morning worker so he went to the back to help didn't even wash his hands and in t-shirt and shorts. It's looks to be they are very short staffed. The lady in the front looks to be new and manager was helpful but it looked like a mess!!! Then to top off the stay the manager was talking about how if 1 lady goes in labor they shutting the store down and then said wait 1 of them sandwiches are supposed to be without onions, then preceded with just scrape them off. Never again will I eat here or allow my kids to eat here. Someone really needs to deal with this location before someone gets sick, they get sued or just piss more ppl off. Oh and we have been here for a half hr and the whole time 2 cases of chocolate milk have been sitting on counter and I don't know how long they were their before. SAVE YOURSELF AND JUST...

Heard the steak egg and cheese bagel we're back on the menu and was excited. Was always my favorite menu item. Sunday morning about 9am me and the misses decide to drive through. 1 car on front of us. The guy at the drive through was very quick and took our order and said pull ahead. We pull to pay window and no one is there. Sign says pay here so we wait 5 minutes. Then decide to pull ahead and the old lady there said he meant to pull to 2nd window. Normally they have a sign at first window that says to pull ahead to pay.

She asks us to park cause they are behind. The 1 car in front of us is parked as well. We waited 14 minutes. For a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. When it finally arrived the bacon egg and cheese bagel was a sausage egg and cheese bagel and my steak egg and cheese was cold, had no onions or sauce. It was literally a steak egg and cheese bagel. Nothing like it used to be .
