Bagel Tyme — Restaurant in Town of Kinderhook

Been coming here since I was a child in their old location! By far the best NYC style bagels including most bagel places in NYC! All of their bagels are amazing, if they run out of my usual flavor(which hardly happens since they are made daily all day) I tell them to just surprise me and I’ve never had a bad flavor. The French toast bagel is a particular favorite and I love that they have “mini bagels” for my baby nephew to chomp on when my sister comes to visit. To this day, when she comes she always asks for bagel tyme for breakfast because our whole family loves them..even got my brother who was a New Yorker for many years and cut out bread awhile back hooked on them. The whole staff is so sweet and amazing I dont know how they always hire the best workers but they do. Absolutely never had a bad experience here! They did get my order wrong once a few years back but I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice until I left. I ended up absolutely loving the sandwich anyway and order it all the time now so I can’t really complain about that. Overall great food, great service, for those who complain about the price, you’re paying for a quality product that is generous and delicious. So tasty! My favorite is the lox and cream cheese made deluxe, with tomato onion and capers! I also enjoy their coffee "flavor of the month". My favorites that they've had are funfetti cake and snickerdoodle, but I've never had one I did not enjoy.

The bagels are the best you can get outside NYC. There are so many flavors of bagels and cream cheese to choose from, so you can go every weekend for a year and still not have tried everything! Would recommend to anybody who's in the area looking for a high quality...

The "cappuccino latte" was a little bit of coffee and a lot of cold milk. No frothing or steaming was done - it was given to me luke warm. I had them reheat it but it was still awful. Shouldn't put things on the menu that you can't make. Sandwiches were good although not sliced in half. Service was friendly but a little slow. Lots of parking and seating. I'd visit for sandwiches and basic drinks but don't order that...
