Stick with soft ice cream. The hard packs have an odd taste. They're all the same base with flavoring added. Two flavors had exactly the same problem. And the cone was very, very stale. Barely able to finish. Waste of money. Won't be back.

Offers lame excuses, as below. Spend the time making certain your goods are not misrepresented, fresh and tasty. Glad we won't be back. The more people who recognize the shortcomings the sooner you're out of business.

As shame the lame additional response from "Owner" doesn't address the base plus flavorings. That means it's correct. That's what 59 years of business led to? Try your own wares.

Standing behind your products is miles ahead of eating them. My taste buds are thanking me for passing on the tripe that's pushed here as quality ice cream.

Sixty years. The stale cones taste like they've been around that long.

If only the clown that owns this put as much effort into providing better food. This will be updated as much as necessary to make the owner/clown realize there's something wrong, and should accept not everyone rolls their eyes at the (alleged) deliciousness.

*true story, happened ten minutes ago. Asked for the largest ice cream cone they could do. Pretentious late fifties lady’s dyed red hair behind counter (clearly hates her life) gave me a waffle cone barely filled and said when I contested I quote “well that’s all we make here” which is not the case as I’ve had waffle cones from them. She did it to be spiteful. Real refreshing. Sorry for being in a good mood bonomos. Moments later While sitting in my car I see a lady with a regular cone walk away from the window With a vanilla light saber sized ice cream cone. Nearly every small community in America boasts a summer hangout with "the best ice cream in the country." However, for my wife's and my money, there is no other stand quite as friendly and delicious as Bonomo's Dari Creme. Although we live in a vastly distant and climatically different part of the country, we return to Central New York (my wife's place of birth) as often as possible, and each visit includes a couple of stops at the Dari Creme. Such has been our tradition for more than 35 years!
