Primo Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Kirkland

Very disappointed, heard good things about this place so I specifically went there to check it out. With all the great pizza places around I chose Primos. The pizza was less than average, actually not very good at all. Literally threw half of it away. Bad flavor, way overcooked to the point of being burnt. Most likely will never go there again.

As a follow up to my above post. I am changing my opinion because Frank contacted me personally to apologize and making no excuses. He offered to "make things right". He sounds like a great guy and I very much respect this kind of honesty and responsibility. We all know mistakes happen and just judging from all the other reviews, I have to think that mine was just an honest error. I have to give Primo's Pizza the benefit of any doubt. This place has some of THE best pizza and wings around. Everyone there is friendly and of the dozens of times that I have patroned there it's good every..single..time.

Rather it's a regular ole pizza or upside down both are fantastic and for their wings I've had hot, medium, and everything wings and their sauce is mouth watering. I always order my wings extra crispy and they dont disappoint. Their everything wings might be the best I've ever had right down to the parm cheese sprinkled on the top.

I've also had their meatball subs and even those are fantastic as well, the bread is really good and the meatballs are tasty.

Everybody loves occasional hair On your mutated chicken wings and so much grated cheese on the pizza it’s horrible

RESPONSE… why should I have to contact the owner during business hours why cant I discuss this on social media the media of Utica and surrounding areas needs to see this that DO NOT come to primos pizzeria because employees should be enforced to wear hair nets and wear gloves which is a violation against NYS health code and there is other reviews that there is hair in pizza and subs chicken wings is a new level of hairy issues this was 4 to 5.
