Subway is Subway, you can't go wrong with the food because it's standardized. Thats why they got 2 stars instead of 1. However my experience with the people at this location was absurd. Will never come back.
We ordered online and the app instructed us to arrive for curbside pickup. The app instructions pecifically said to wait in our vehicle and check in via the app so we did.
Upon arrival, this woman came out and immediately started scolding us for not going to the window for pick up (which was on the opposite side of the building, and No other signage gave directions to go there, except immediately next to the window, which cannot be seen from the main parking area of this little strip mall).
There were no customers in the store at the time, but she snapped at us, saying we can't "just park" in the future becuase she can't come out if there are customers.... we could clearly see multiple people in the building. There is No excuse for this kind of behavior and if they eant customers to follow instructions they need to openly post them in visible places.
Worse though, is that it took her 4 tries to get our very simple order fulfilled. We ordered 2 subs, 4 cookies, 2 fountain drinks. First she brought out only subs and 1 cookie. The subs are the only part of the order that required prep and they were delivered immediately as ordered. But she was missing 3 cookies and 2 drinks, which had all been paid for. She gave us the receipt It clearly stated everything we ordered. She clearly didn't read it at all. In a huff, she headed back in to get the rest but only broguht out one drink...... She went back inside, we pulled up to the window as requested, and finally got the remaining drink, but had to remind her Again to give us the rest of the cookies. EVERY SINGLE TIME we reminded her of a part of the order that was missing, she got irritated. She failed numerous times to meet even the basic (and simplest) expectations of her job and had the nerve to get irritable with me for her issues. Read moreYou have been warned. I actually feel sorry for this owner even though they should definitely be doing their job and checking up on the night help. That being said, first major problem: never open when they are. Oh the sign says open til 9, I have driven up and the door's been locked, even as early as 730. I have gone 3 times this year, every time, 7, 8, 830, they are cleaned up and closed. Yup, closed. I end up going to Robinson Street. This time, they actually were there but all u could get was a salad she said. The sub prep was completely closed. Second, when they are open, they still arent. Again, yup. Before this last year. we went at dinner time, would make anything hot. Cleaned and closed up. Literally at 530-6. Amazing, they just said they werent making them. Not that somethings broken. Just werent. Period. Only problem is, that was over a year ago since these last 3 times was this last year. This place has a history of rudeness among us community members and most just avoid it. Read moreExtremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Subway app, and it showed my food as "Ready for Pickup." But when I arrived, the staff told me they hadn’t even started it because they were “too busy.” Then why mark it as ready? That’s completely misleading and unprofessional.
I asked why it was marked ready, and the employee had no answer—just ignored me. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I had to wait in line again just to ask for the order I had already paid for. In the end, I received my food one full hour after placing the order.
This was a complete waste of time and totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unbothered, with zero urgency or customer care. If they can’t handle online orders, they shouldn’t offer them.
