We've driven by several times before and this place always seemed very busy, so when we had family in town we called and made a reservation for four at 6:45 this evening. We arrived about 5 minutes late due to traffic, but were shown promptly to our table. That was the only good thing about the service we received for the evening.

We ended up waiting for about 15 minutes to place an order for drinks and had to flag down a hostess to do so. Five minutes later the drinks arrive - two beers, a Shirley Temple, and a mixed drink (Paddock Punch that tasted like Robitussin cough syrup) and that was the last service we had for the evening.

After waiting ten more minutes, we decided that the likelihood of ever being served was low and decided to leave. I approached the hostess and requested our check and received an excuse as to why we weren't served - "sorry, we're just short staffed tonight". There were at least five front of house staff wandering around the restaurant not including bar staff, and it's not an overly large place, so I disagree but whatever.

Long story short, don't waste your money. You'll at least get service and probably even some food if you go to...

We dined at this restaurant and brought friends tonight especially for the sauerbraten that was on the menu. I have to tell you I am of German decent and it was the worst attempt at sauerbraten I have ever encountered. Never have I seen rare sauerbraten. Sauerbraten is made as a marinated pot roast. It it tender and well cooked. Impossible to have it come out rare. Their chef is serving tough roast beef with a sour gravy and noodles and passing it off as sauerbraten and speatzle. Please do us all a favor and take it off the menu until they have a chef who knows how to cook speatzle ( which is cheap to make and much better homemade) and sauerbraten. We were highly disappointed at a waste of good money for a dinner out. Yes we did bring it to the waitresses attention and told her there is no way to make rare sauerbraten. Her answer was “I have no idea about that I can cook it, more if you want“. I told her you can’t turn roast beef into pot roast! I was thoroughly embarrassed that we talked our friends into going for sauerbraten. One in our group had a steak which was good. They need to stick to what they know.. I did message them on Facebook and received...

What a nightmare. The food was so bad and the service somehow even worse. The ONLY exception being their cowboy wings, which were very good. We ate dinner later at night and there were very few people. Our server was not only never there, when she did arrive she managed to mess up our orders forget to bring drinks out for 30 plus minutes. When we were ready to leave we had to go to the bar to get our check to leave because our waitress WOULD NOT COME OVER at that point we were her only table. The food was awful, the most expensive dish on the menu was their seafood pasta dish which came with imitation crab instead of the promised “crab” there was no seasoning on all 4 of the dishes we got. I ordered steak sliders because they didn't have BURGERS ANYMORE. My bread was basically water it was so disintegrated by the time it arrived at the table. The french dip was so bad it was inedible and was not touched. It is such a cute place and the patio is adorable but that is where the good ends. SAVE yourself the trip and stay home. If you want wet bread sliders just set a pot to boil and throw a loaf in and put 2 slices of steak as the...

On Site Catering - Poughkeepsie, NY We had the pleasure of hiring PC Paddocks with their food truck for our graduation party, and it was an absolute hit! The BBQ food, BEST Wings, waffle fries, amazing mac and cheese, chicken, pulled pork, spinach strawberry salad a must! Everything was mouthwateringly delicious, with perfectly smoked meats and a variety of tasty sides for a perfect balance of flavors. The food truck added a fun and unique vibe to the party. The staff is friendly, professional, and ensured everyone was well-fed and happy. They made the entire catering process seamless, allowing us to enjoy the celebration without any worries. Highly recommend Roger, Dawn and Jason and their team for any event! Their food and service are top-notch! Don't forget to go to their restaurant on Titusville Road, outside patio is open and the food is always great!

Favorite Restaurant in the area. Off the beaten path AWAY from Rte 9 and all the chain restaurants. They just remodeled the entire exterior area. They did a patio area and got rid of the grass where bugs and mosquitoes used to bite you up. The servers are very friendly. The food is always good. They have a smoker on premise, grown vegetables, vines on trellis, fresh herbs. New high top tables and chairs. Very well shaded so you’re not baking in the sun while you’re eating. They have smaller portions for their lunch menu. The interior is small, dark, and dated. A tiny bar area that is pretty popular with the locals for happy hour. It is right near the rail trail to take a before/after stroll. Believe the owner is a CIA grad. Family owned and ran. He has won best Asian wings several times. Definitely a must try. It is an eclectic American menu.
