Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Lansing

Went through the drive thru and while they were fast to get my order when it came to our order they were rude to us when they messed up.. no reason being rude to someone for something that’s your fault.. we order a frozen coffee everyday so we have our order down but at the end of saying our order we asked if we could get Carmel drizzle and cinnamon sugar on top as we do everyday, when we received the coffee it had Carmel and chocolate drizzle with no cinnamon sugar so when we saw this we simply told the employee that we never asked for chocolate drizzle and yes i know it’s just chocolate but for us it ruins the coffee we don’t like it at all so we told the employee and he give us a dirty look and says we asked for mocha so we said no sir we asked for Carmel drizzle and cinnamon sugar so the employee proceeds to take our coffee back but then we can hear them talking bad about us and how they shouldnt have to remake anything because we said we wanted mocha. Which again we did not. And then he comes back around the corner he has the same cup of coffee just replaced the whip cream which would’ve been fine except there was still some chocolate or mocha or whatever you want to call it in our coffee and they put so much Carmel and cinnamon on top it was dripping of the top of the lid from being over filled and was handed to us while it was dripping with Carmel all over the side of the cup as well.. I’m really not the type of person to do things like this a lot but I just felt that it was a bit unnecessary to be that upset and unprofessional because you misheard what was said but on that note I really do hope every worker there has a good...

Stopped for diesel, midnight coffee with cream, and two chocolate glazed donuts before heading to Rochester at 6 am. The counter person was outside on the phone smoking and asked if I was going to dunkin. I said yes. She showed up at the counter a little after I did. There were no chocolate glazed donuts at 6 am, strike one. I asked for a large dark roast with cream. She corrected me and said it was called midnight. I got some chocolate glazed munchkins and a sourcream donut. I watched her prepare my coffee and noticed she had used the regular coffee. I asked if it was midnight, which, of course, it wasn't. Midnight carafe was empty, Strike two. Didn't take long to brew, and she gave me my cup, and off I went. A mile down the road, I had a sip, and there was sugar in my coffee. Not only that but there was hardly any taste to the coffee which I assume is due to not waiting up the pot was finished brewing. Almost went back but was short on time. Strike 3. In my head was an image of Coach Belechick standing at the post game podium with the Dunkin banner behind him, saying just do your job. I don't mind if she takes a break as long as she does her job. The coffee should have been made already. Not sure what was going on with no donuts but she should have remembered my order for the 5 seconds required to walk over to pour the cup and don't take a break when there isn't any...

i go through here at least 10 times a week and every single time without fail my drink is absolutely scrumptious. i’m talking lip smacking, almost devour the cup it comes in because i don’t want it to be over kind of scrumptious. and don’t even get me started on the staff. so kind, quick and respectful. i’ve grown a bond with them because of how sweet they are. i even added some of them to my will because of how much they really changed my life. best place on earth, couldn’t...
