Lakebreeze Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Lansing

We went to lakebreeze ice cream as we DID many times with very mixed reviews. This time we went, were charged wrong to begin with. Then when the ice cream came out, it was 100% wrong. And when we asked what it even was (bc it had peanut butter drizzle that I would never order), thinking it may be someone else icecream. The girl working, I'm assuming a mgr, said very rudely what it was. I explained to her what I ordered, and she offered to throw the correct sides in a cup for me ..... nevermind the sauce and incorrect stuff in the ice cream. Still not the end of the world. But to be stairing out as if we did something wrong, and continue to point and be rude as other customers are coming up to the window.....for the record the ice cream isn't good enough to have to take rude and unprofessional service to eat it. Won't go back. Other shops less than a mile away, and many more...

If I could leave a zero star I would. We were celebrating a bachelorette party and very excited for ice cream. When we arrived the two girls working were extremely rude and instead of making one of the four ice creams we had, the one worker came out and shut the lights off, moved the garbage can and napkins out of our way abruptly instead of making our ice creams. Left us in the dark as we waited for our order and slammed the ice creams on the counter with anger that we came at the end of the evening. Treat your customers correctly no matter the time!!! And she didn’t even know how to give...

When I googled to look up the hours it said open, when we got there the sign said open but not an employee in site and my son and I weren't the only people there, other cars pulled in before and after us, the number that is listed on Google is for the pizza restaurant next door, the gentleman that answered was very nice and said they should be open and explained the Icecream shop used to be inside the pizza place at one point. Pretty disappointed that we were led to believe they were open and it wasn't. Not a good look for new customers who wanted to...
