McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Ledgeview

Hours posted on the mcdonald's website and apple maps is open until 11pm. This store reliably closes hours early and refuses to acknowledge anyone who pulls in. I placed an online order, waited in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and for another 15 at the window. There are employees moving at a snails pace looking at me as if i'm just expected to leave? Eventually a short man with curly brown hair who i imagine is the manager says, with a shaky voice, "we're closed" I tell him my order is paid for and was placed an hour prior. It's not even 9:20 at this point, i tell him how ridiculously unprofessional and disrespectful he is, grab the management service card and tell him they're gonna get an ear full. He says "yeah try it and see what happens" as i drive away. Call and leave a voicemail, never get a call back, The email on the card is no longer in service. I email the killian website and get no response. This is the most pathetic fast food restaurant i've ever encountered and the amount of pure disrespect and venom i got from the manager means that i will literally be going out of my way to tell everyone in the area that this mcdonald's is a joke and needs to be shut down, and especially doesn't deserve any business. It's astonishing it's not closed. It's been over a year that this sort of thing happens here. KILLIAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND MCDONALDS CORPORATE NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT OR FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF. I've worked in fast food for number of years in the past and if i ever did anything remotely as disrespectful as this, i would've been fired in a heartbeat. I've seen people get fired for not tending to a customer fast enough, let alone ignoring them for OVER 30...

Decent & fast. Well, usually fast. About a week ago at the De Pere location they had some lady on register who CLEARLY did not know what she was doing AT ALL. It was super busy since all the schools got early release and they only had one person on register. It took about 10-15 min per person because this lady was CLUELESS. Kept having to run back to (what I'm assuming could've been the manager/lead) and ask 50 questions. Like either have her get off register completely or throw someone else on register. She made my McFlurry and I asked for a "small with Oreos and could you add Oreo to that" she took it as two separate McFlurries and had I not been watching the register she would've charged me for two. Then I corrected her (again she didn't know how to and had to ask) so another 5 min of that. She makes it FINALLY after about 25 min and I get it and ITS NOT MIXED UP AT ALL. She literally threw the candy in there and didn't mix it. Really annoying and still ticked off about that. I didn't go back up to ask for a new one because I knew itd take another 25 min, I came to get fast food so I didn't have time for that. My friend also got one and it wasn't mixed up either. I work in food service as well and I completely understand if someone is trying to learn but where I work, nobody who doesn't know what their doing goes up on register alone ESPECIALLY if...

Clean play area and my son loves it. I love it because there is a bathroom attached to the play area for ease.

Service is not the best. I've had better service at many other McDonald's. They often forget things. Machines are often broken behind the counter. When I went yesterday, they completely forgot the entire Happy meal for 2 kids at the table next to me, except the apple slices--there were happy meal boxes with only a toy and apple slices. Speaking of toys, they ran out of Toy Story, which is fine, but they are still advertising them and have no notices that they are no longer available. They gave a valentine craft instead. Of course my son was upset, luckily only for about a minute. I just wish they had warned me so I could discuss it with him before the meal came.

ETA: It's gone downhill. The play area has been dirty the last two times I've gone. The bathroom in the play area looks and feels dirty. I've had to request tables be cleaned the last two times I've gone. Today, the kids' "extra" french fries (as an option instead of flavorless apples) were definitely NOT extra...just the same amount put into...
