Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Ledgeview

Went in with my friend to see if they had any state-themed Starbucks mugs. She has never been to Wisconsin before so wanted a little souvenir to take back. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, although I saw all the bartenders see us come in. I figured I could go up and ask. It would only take a few seconds. I went up to the guy near the counter and said, "excuse me, sorry, do you guys have-" he interrupted me and said, "I'm in the middle of something. You'll have to wait a few minutes". He thought I was trying to order something, so I attempted to clarify. "Oh, no, I just had a question! Do you guys have those, um, Starbucks sta-" he interrupted me again with a glare. "As you can see, we are really busy right now. You're going to have to wait." My friend touched my arm and said "let's just go."

All I wanted to do was ask ONE question. I wasn't going to order a drink. Was that why he callously brushed me off? He could not be bothered to take 10 seconds to listen to my question. I've worked in the food industry before -- even been a barista before -- so I know he could have easily answered my question while he made espresso. Disappointed with the customer...

I have been so disappointed with this store. I think it may be the worse I've been to due to within a span of three days in the same week, 3 different orders have had something awful. My first day, I ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich for breakfast. I was already at work when upon taking my first bite, there was no bacon or cheese. Just egg. Second day, I had ordered a brownie and was given one that was like a 1/3 of the usual size of any Starbucks store and the one I had the previous day as well. Today, the third, I was hopefully the other days were a fluke. Sadly not. I ordered a cappuccino due to the chilly morning. I was running behind already, when I get handed a half full VENTI. The foam was practically more than half the drink that I just drove off because I just did not have the time to deal with the ridiculousness.

Starbucks is already pricey, to be skimped repeatedly and have a rough start to the morning is not alright. I won't be returning to this store. I'll be trying another that's farther since I want to use up my rewards, but after that, I'm heading to the other coffee locations in town I've heard are superb in comparison.

This is the second time I went to this location and the first time was wonderful. Today was my second time going to this location since it’s closer to where I live and go to school. I ordered, I had to stand there for a little bit before the girl with dirty blonde hair from the drive came over and took my order. Once that was done, I sit down just on my phone trying to mind my business, since the girl with the dark green hair started on one of the drinks. Then it was just left there for like 20 minutes because the girl with the green hair was more focused on the drive through. After about 15 minutes she finished one of my drinks, after being told by the girl in the drive through that Ive been waiting awhile. She didn’t make my second drink until a girl with tattoos and glass apologized and made the second drink. This all took about 20 minutes and I came in right before it got busy too.
