Was very excited to come here for breakfast with my girlfriend. Arrived and were seated right away. Tables are spaced enough for social distancing. It was very cold in the restaurant unfortunately, we had to put our jackets on at some point. I felt so bad for the waitress, she was the only one working for the whole restaurant which included about 10 tables. She was trying her best for sure. We waited 10 minutes before getting our drink ordered. We both ordered lemonade which was very good, tasted homemade. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. After ordering our food, we waited over 30 minutes until we got our food. There was only one other group waiting for their food, I am not sure why it took so long. My friend ordered the Basic Betty ($12.10) which included Two eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, hash browns, choice of toast, toast & co jam. She ordered two sunny side eggs. One egg was undercooked, the whites were still liquid in the middle. I ordered the Bagel lox which included bagel, herbed cheese, smoked salmon, capers, raw onion and micro greens. The bagel was “toasted” just on the flat part. The rest was uncooked bagel, making me think it wasn’t put in the toaster. Also it was cold when it came out and not crunchy, thinking it sat out for a while. The salmon had good flavor. I was pretty disappointed, not sure we will go back.

I visited Toast & Co based on a recommendation, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and modern—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. I ordered a dish that included ham, fresh spinach, poached eggs, and a generous amount of hollandaise sauce over toasted bread. Every bite was full of flavor, with a perfectly balanced mix of salty ham, creamy sauce, and soft egg. The ingredients were clearly fresh and well-prepared. They also served water and cold brew coffee in glass mason jars—a simple touch that added style to the experience. The coffee was bold and smooth, just the way I like it, and it paired perfectly with the meal. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff is well-trained and genuinely enjoys what they do. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. It has everything I look for in a good café: delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. If you're in the area and looking for a spot to start your day with flavor and good vibes, I highly recommend Toast & Co.

Came here for breakfast; it was so good that I had to come back the next day for lunch! The inside of the place was cute and quaint; more on the modern side and clean. They have limited seating so be prepared, (they also have carry out)! I was very impressed by the number of vegan options. For breakfast I ordered the Garden Benny. The freshness of the vegetables were outstanding. And I couldn’t deny the tastiness of the hashbrowns. I also ordered the Schrute Farms Toast, build your own hash, and the Porkbelly LT. Everything was fresh and so so tasty. Two of my favorites were the Schrute Farms toast; the freshness of the beets pairs well with the goat cheese. And I don’t even like goat cheese! I can’t say enough about that PorkbellyLT sandwich *salivating*, But it is definitely one I will be coming back for and would recommend to anyone. Also the apple cider mimosa was delicious!

We went to the creamery today which is the date is 9/14/ 2019. We've been coming there for a long time and really enjoyed the restaurant. We really liked Michael the manager he made sure that the PR part of the restaurant would really run smoothly. We were sadly told that he moved back home. He is no longer is working there. We came in today at 11 o'clock and just left at 1:10. I understand sometimes service is slow because of the restaurant being busy. I was a waitress for eight years at a very well-known establishment in Sheboygan Wisconsin. I have always tipped my waitresses very well but today I am sorry to say I walked out with no tip because we had the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We sat at the bar for over an hour and a half . The hostess told us it was gonna be a half hour seating. We watched when people came in and they came in later than us. Thet were seated before us. We had a party of three not a party of eight not a party of 10 but three people. We had to wait an hour and a half to be seated. Then we attempted to pay our waitress. She went to a different table and waited on that table rather than take our money so then we had to wait another 15 minutes to pay and that's when I decided ... I'm sorry but people get tipped for their service if I tip her she's going to think she did a good job and our whole dining experience was terrible our bar where we sat at the bar for an hour and a half was the best we had our bartender whose name was I gal who at least treated us very well while we sat there waiting for our table. Our biggest complaint was they probably should've offered us a bar seating and so we can wait on you since you're waiting so long. One thing I learned in 101 waitressing that you never tell a customer they're busy we're busy we can see they were busy that does not excuse for service we didn't get a discount we didn't get a drink we didn't get anything extra to make our experience a positive one I'm really sorry to see that this restaurant is going downhill because it used to be our...

I used to love this place — the food is great (that breakfast burrito deserves its own spotlight 👏 shoutout to the kitchen team!). But unfortunately, the service we experienced left us thirsty, overlooked, and disappointed.

I came in with my alternatively styled sister and my Hispanic mother, and from the moment we sat down, we were completely overlooked. No one came to our table until I flagged someone down. It took 25 minutes to get my Old Fashioned and an astonishing 40 minutes for a Bloody Mary — yes, 40 minutes. No apology, no offer to make it right, just a pitifully late drink dropped off and the server walked away. Need utensils or anything basic? I had to ask a food runner because the server never checked on us.

I work in the industry — I fully understand what it means to be in the weeds. But when there are six staff members standing up front and only 7–8 tables in the entire restaurant, that’s not a rush — that’s a service breakdown. What really blew my mind was watching our server cheerfully attend to every table around us, while we were completely ignored — and it’s not like this is a huge place. It’s a small space. No excuse. My sister (hands down the nicest one in our family) told me to tip 20% and let it go. She was the only reason a tip was left at all...but my mom was visibly upset and made it clear: she never wants to come back. I can’t blame her.

Sadly, I have to agree. Toast & Co lost our business. A disappointing experience that didn’t need to happen.

Again — kitchen staff, y’all crushed it. Front of house? Needs...
