Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Lenox

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My husband and I went in to buy 4 large coffees and 2 muffins. Took 20 minutes. Only one person working and she took care of every car that came through the drive thru before even "attempting" to wait on us. I asked if she was working alone and she said for a few minutes as her coworker had left for a break. I was extremely annoyed as there were probably 3 or 4 cars that pulled into the drive thru after we went inside. I "nicely" suggested that if she was going to take care of the drive thru and ignore customers inside then maybe they should lock the doors and tell people to use the drive thru. Not my favorite choice of DD. I prefer 13/31 but it where I was at the time. The girl working the drive thru didn’t tell me the total I owed till I got to the window and wasn’t offered a receipt. I main reason for my “review”/complaint on here is bc the mobile and webpage aren’t working. The Canastota DD has maybe the worst parking lot I’ve ever gone through. As I was leaving the drive thru I about spilt half my coffee on myself!! There are crater size holes through the whole lot but worst through the drive thru. *Update, the owner called and told me he was aware of the situation and explained what was happening. They ended up fixing the issue and now it is back to normal.

Staff is extremely friendly, but the coffee is terrible at this location. It used to be the best regular hot coffee about 3 months ago. Now EVERY time I go there, I can count on having a bad cup of burnt and acidic coffee. I have had it with this location and after reaching out several times to fix the problem with no solution.
