It was horrible. We came in at about 6pm. There were a few parties in front of us waiting to be seated. Which is fine. When it was our turn to be seated, we were told there weren't any tables available in the dining room. We couldn't sit in the bar because my father in law doesn't have any balance and would've had a hard time with the bar chairs. We were told that we could sit anywhere on the patio. So the 4 of us went and sat at a picnic table on the patio. Right after we sat, our server linda came out and said we couldn't sit there because she needed it for a seven top. Ok so we move. She brings us our menus. It took her 20 mins to come and take our drink order. Then another 10 mins to bring our drinks. We then placed our food order (they were out of ribs so our entire table had to change our food orders) It took another 30 mins to get us our order of potato skins. After about almost 2 hrs. We still didn't have our entrees. Outside of us getting our drinks and appitizer, she never really checked on us. All She kept telling us that we had a 16 top table in front of us. Then tables that got sat after us started to get there food. That's when we decided to just pay for what we ate and drank and leave. Of course when we told the server that we just wanted our check, she said our food was almost ready. After 2 hrs. Food should not take that long even with a 16 top. We will never...

Read moreFirst time but not the last time. We were in the area and decided to stop for lunch. Sat at a table in the bar area but there is a dining area away from the bar. Not crowded and ambient background music that wasn't too loud. Service was provided by a young lady, Jamie (sp?) She was fun, friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service and a great personality. My wife and I shared a "Q" for 2. Large portions served on a jelly roll pan with plenty to take home for another meal. The food was delicious. My wife isn't crazy about sweet sauce but their original mild sauce was well balanced and the food wasn't smothered. We also shared an order of the garlic parmesan fries. They were awesome. A little salty, garlicky oil in the bottom of the basket to swab the fries through was much to my wifes delight. To be clear, the fries are not oily. Just nicely done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Smokin' Eagle and...
