Kickback Grill — Restaurant in Town of Lincoln

I really hate doing this because we've had several good meals here. I hope it was just a off day for the kitchen. I ordered a side ceasar salad plus from the appetizer menu the Ahi tuna which has been very tasty in the past, unfortunately not this time. It was dry and tough. I know how can it be tough plus dry and chewy? I don't know because it was ordered rare. MY husband ordered the coffee coated ribeye steak (turned out it cost $45.00). That steak was a nice size and was extremely flavorful but it too was very tough! ( very disappointing) Is there such a thing as a tough ribeye? Well my husband shared part of the ribeye with me because it was large I tried to eat it but it had alot of grizzle, you couldn't see due to the coffee coating. The Waitress asked how is everything I told her honestly the tuna was dry and tough and I was surprised since it has been good in the past, she said sorry to hear that! She didn't ask to take it away, offer something different, discount the meal. Same with the steak we actually had her come back to ask about our bill and found out we paid $45.00 for a tough steak. Anyway this was very disappointing because when we are in this area 1.5 hrs away from our home we go here and now...

A small group of us met at KBG to watch the GB Packer game. Shortly into the first quarter, we were shushed by the manager/owner (?) because some geriatric Packer fans in the bar didn't like our cheering volume. 😠 If customers want peace and quiet, why are you at a bar?! You know the Packer game is on and who goes out to a BAR for quiet time during a Packer game?! Just because one person says something doesn't mean it's right. We have been to KBG numerous times, shared our hard earned money by supporting KGB so this really angered me. Frustrating because we are good paying, respectable customers, too. I wish the dude would have been "fair" about the non situation. Offer the geriatrics to relocate to a different part of the bar/restaurant? Offer them ear buds? Turn the TV volume down or off??? Honestly, I can't get over who goes out to a bar to watch the Packers play and expect quiet time? Shame on KBG for their treatment of our group. 😤 It's too bad, but we will never go back to KBG. Plenty of other better/happy/Packer fan friendly...

Avoid at all costs. Tried twice, both horrible experiences. Owner touched my fiancé without permission. First time we had to sit ourselves, bartender clearly saw us but ignored us. We waited 15-20 minutes before a waitress showed up. We had order our drinks from the bartender because the waitress dropped off menus but didn’t take drink orders. Food was bland and took ages.

Second experience we ordered $38 steak special which was WAY over cooked (we ordered medium rare) and dry. We also ordered jalepeno poppers, which were so aggressively spicy that we had to return them. The owner refused to do anything about the over cooked steak and was extremely condescending about the jalepeno poppers being too spicy. Here’s the kicker... the table directly next to us returned their jalepeno poppers as well. On the way out the owner was nearly pushing my fiancé out of the door. Inappropriate to touch a guest in any circumstances.

Horrific customer service and equally terrible food.
