Lake Bistro formerly known as Lake BBQ — Restaurant in Town of Livonia

First experience in this restaurant. My wife and I order a beef on weck, a pulled pork sandwich, and the 3 taco plate (all with different meats). My beef on weck was outstanding. Toasted bun, great seasoning on the beef and bun, flavourful au-jus, and the side of Mac salad was very good. My wife's pulled pork was great as well. Toasted bun was a nice touch, a sauce that is very pleasant, and the mango coleslaw was light and refreshing. The tacos were pretty good. Got hard shell, which in retrospect wasn't a good idea since we took it to go, got a little soggy. Not Lake BBQ's fault. The meat was awesome. Pulled chicken and pulled pork were juicy, succulent, and well seasoned. Good pricing for good sized portions. Definitely give this...

We visited today for the first time and had the brisket burnt ends over black beans and dirty rice, mango pineapple salsa, and creamy guacamole sauce. It was excellent! We just moved here and actually haven't eaten here yet, but we sat inside during trick or treating and had a very enjoyable break with our hot cocoa, my teen on crutches really needed a break, and everyone working there was very nice, and it just made me want to leave a positive review and say thank you for making newcomers...
