Had the Running George - Brazil, Medium at the Syracuse Regional Market the other day (Sunday). Not, currently, a formal, customer facing experience when you walk in. - I'm not saying it was a bad one. Staff was friendly and engaging, and it was easy to get the lay of the land. Baked goods were delishish as was the coffee. Coffee really was at another level. I'd love to see the coffee shop/bakery progress into a more formal/traditional experience, that is more easily recognizable, without sacrificing the charm and the smells of the current layout.
