Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Macedon

Unfortunately, I see where all of the negative reviews are coming from. I have had a couple of mediocre experiences in the drive-thru before so today I decided to go inside the restaurant and get an early lunch. The gentleman that took my order (I believe he was a manager) was nice and joked around with me. Unfortunately, the good experience pretty much ended there. I asked for the chicken sandwich, to which the gentleman replied that he was trying to get payroll done so he wasn’t able to run out to get the chicken tenders today so they do not have that item… weird. So I order a meal and a cheesy gordita crunch. I sat down at a seat to wait for my meal and got to listen to the manager and a women (I believe maybe she was a regional manager) talk about the in’s and out’s of the business, who they hired, how old they were, if they thought they would last, etc. (just not terribly professional). After waiting about 5-10 minutes the gentleman noticed I was still waiting and went in the back and asked “Is anyone working on this gentleman’s order?” and then people in the back went onto the line and made my order. After another 5-10 minutes I received my order. I checked the bag and the number of items looked correct so I went home. Unfortunately, when I pulled the items out of my bag, I received a regular soft taco instead of a cheesy gordita crunch. So there goes $4. I know staffing can be an issue these days but they looked to be pretty well staffed during this shift and only two people went through the drive-thru during that time. I had stopped visiting the Macedon location because they always somehow miss at least one thing on my order. I ordered from the app the other night and chose this location because it was open late. I arrived at 10:00pm, a full hour before they closed. When I got to the speaker and told them I had already ordered on the app, I was told that they were out of ALL MEATS. Not just one, all of them. There’s no way that could have been true, especially since I see another reviewer was told the exact same thing on another night, coincidentally also at 10:00pm. It’s obvious that the employees just didn’t want to work and wanted to go home early. Maybe they should find another job then. Like others have said, the one in Perinton/Fairport is the one to go to. My order is always correct there because they can COUNT, I’m never missing anything, and they’re never “out of all meats.” The Macedon store should be...

I came yesterday to this location to pick up a door dash order, the lady at the drive through with glasses and blonde hair was very very rude to me. I also witness them screaming at another employee. I asked for the name of the manager on shift, and her name is Desiree. I called later that night not even getting the order because of how rude these people were! Desiree just kept saying k I'll talk to her, which I felt was not a professional way to talk to a customer. I said ok by Desiree, not even 5 mins later Desiree started texting me! On her personal phone number!! I was in shock, as a company as big as taco bell it is very unprofessional and kinda creepy that an employee was texting a customer on her PERSONAL phone!! I will never be receiving any more DoorDash orders from them or ever come to that...
