Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Manchester

Ordered a buffalo chicken sub on the website,. The young gentleman at the counter was prompt and courteous when I arrived to pick up my order. Left there in a good mood, excited to eat this hot sub I was holding in my hand. I drove home and ripped into the wrapping only to feel like I had been conned. It was just bread soaked in buffalo sauce. One line of small chicken sticks (I won't call them fingers) lined the innermost part of the roll. Seemed like they only used one slice of cheese, cut it into strips that weren't even wide enough to cover the "chicken", and forgot the Bleu cheese.

Marks Pizzeria... I'm not sure who is to blame here, but you need to either... 1.) Teach your employees proper portioning. 2.) Stop skimping on the proteins. (Especially for the prices you charge for a sub )

3.) STICK TO MAKING PIZZA !

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time I ordered by phone but my order had been misunderstood. The second time I ordered here, I ordered in person & it ended up being disastrously wonderful. I placed a pretty simple order that had been misunderstood. Thankfully, one of the employees which seemed to me to be the manager since he was so quick to help situation as well as maneuver the rest of the employees present that night. Not only had he been able to correct the situation in the best manner ever, he gave us a special on our order & ended with giving us a little freebie for all of my party. Honestly it was the greatest service especially during a peak time & day that was so greatly appreciated. It ended up being a highlight of our weekend getaway. This place is a joke. Anytime you order delivery, they always mess up the order, and when you call back to let them know and see if they will fix it, the 16 year old girl (who, it's very obvious, that this is her first job) gives you attitude before she puts the manager on the phone, and you can hear the girl and her friends laughing in the background. Very unprofessional, and the manager is a jerk and does nothing to rectify any situations. AND, I have gone into the store to place an order, and the little brat behind the counter gave me so much attitude, that I finally snapped back and asked if she had an issue, to which she responded "no sir".
