I can't say enough great things about Grape Lakes Dental in Manchester, NY! The location is incredibly convenient — just a short drive from nearby towns like Rushville, Canandaigua, and Farmington, making it easy to get to no matter where you’re coming from.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and professional team that takes pride in providing top-notch care. The waiting room is cozy and never overcrowded, so you never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I’ve gotten to know the staff over the years, and it truly feels like visiting friends when I go in for an appointment.

The attention to detail is impressive. They even offer toothbrushes if you want to freshen up before your appointment, and the service is always prompt. They’ve been so accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule, always working with me to find a time that works. And if you’re put on a waiting list, they’re excellent about following up if anything changes.

Insurance and billing are straightforward, and I never have to battle with them or my insurance company. They make it simple, which is a huge relief.

Dr. Labreque is fantastic — her gentle touch and precision make dental procedures feel nearly painless, and she genuinely cares about your comfort. Plus, the cute images they provide to look at during treatment are a nice touch. You can tell the whole team is dedicated to making every visit as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Absolutely top notch care since day one. I opened up to the doctor about previous damage done to my teeth and the work not being up to the par that I had expected or wanted leaving me feeling insecure about my teeth and smile. Dr. Labrecque had all the solutions and we went to work. Fast forward to two years later, I have never felt so confident in my teeth and smile making me want to smile even more! A smile can speak a thousand words and dental care is so important. I am truly grateful that Grape Lakes Dental fixed my smile I had been missing for years and continue to give me the best care. The hygienists do a wonderful job at giving the best dental cleanings and providing all the best dental knowledge/ tips. To add, the front staff are exceptional. Dr. Julie Labrecque is fantastic! I have been a patient since she started and she is so kind and caring and fully competent and attentive to her patients and her staff!

Honestly though, she goes way above and beyond in her service! I had a family member traveling through the area from Arizona who experienced a dental emergency. We called and left a message on the office phone line at around 8:30 at night on a Tuesday evening. Dr. Labrecque herself called us back at 9 pm and got him into her office at 8:15 the next morning. She was able to assess and refer to an oral surgeon, the tooth had to be pulled and all was done and he was back home and able to get back on the road to his next travel stop be 11am Wednesday morning. And this person, being from Arizona is not, nor ever will be an actual patient.

Dr. Labrecque is a true professional and such a caring person that she is there for those in need.
