We entered with a group of 13 high school athletes, 3 coaches, and 1 bus driver. We have visited and purchased from this McDonalds with athletics teams over the past 20 years of coaching and have stopped by this location numerous times. We have never encountered an issue or unprofessionalism with the staff before until tonight.
When entering, the manager yelled from the back, "No one called ahead about a bus! We aren't staffed for a bus!" The manager then yelled at our group that we could only order from kiosks and they would not be opening a register.
All athletes ordered from the kiosks. Since all of the students are in high school, very few had cards on them and chose on the kiosk to pay with cash. After placing their orders, the students waited in line to pay with cash at the register.
After 10 minutes, no employee came to work at the register. When asked about the athletes paying in cash, the employee stated that they were unable to open a register. From the back, the manager yelled that we would have to leave if we couldn't pay. All students had enough money to pay with, but the manager would not allow the employee to open a register to accept the cash.
Throughout the visit, the manager was yelling at both us and the employees very rudely. The manager instructed the employees to not open a register or accept cash. The manager was also yelling at us that we were too big of a group and made multiple comments about us needing to leave.
The students who purchased with cards got their food, but there were many mistakes. The students who had already ordered and were waiting to pay in cash decided to leave. The students had been running all afternoon at a track meet and were now unable to eat dinner because of the unprofessional behavior from the management.

Oh or maybe even reading since for the 4th time in a row they can't get an order right. Woman in front of me today, they forget 3 fries and 3 drinks. She waited almost 5 minutes after front end worker called order number and just walked away. Oh but that's there motto there. They don't really care about any customers they only throw random shit in bags and act like they did a good job. NO YOU DID AN ABSOLUTELY LAZY JOB. Go back home with mommy and daddy coddling to your every need. By the way I thought that English was taught in schools, if so are children just that lazy? Sad I used to respect this store as I knew many that had worked there. Where they are now is at the floor level barely being about customers. Maybe stop hiring ignorant little kids who clearly can't read, or don't have them in a position where they can't excell. Failure by whoever was running the shift. I was very disappointed when I was told I ordered too much food and too much sugar for my coffee. I have low blood sugar so I order my coffee with more sugar than normal. I was told it was too much sugar when I agreed to pay the up charge. I don’t appreciate my coffee tasting like crap because it wasn’t made right with the amounts I chose for a reason.
