We have been long time customers of this establishment. I can factually state that we have spent well over 70.00 on the average bimonthly if not, monthly. In the last year we have excused quite a few bad experiences. In May of 2020 we ordered delivery food, pizza and wings - we received calzone (this was a birthday celebration). We were patient and polite about the mix up and waited for over 45 minutes for new food to arrive. In July of 2020 we ordered from a local golf course, wings and fried mushrooms - we did not arrive until 20 minutes after we were told our food would arrive, we were in no hurry and relaxed in the golf course parking lot. When we arrived, I was told by the owner "my son will help you". I waited almost 10 minutes for that to happen (he was busy in the kitchen). Once that finally happened he advised me the fried mushrooms had not been put down. I said "ok". 15 minutes go by (husband is waiting in car, it's hot) husband comes in to find out what is going on, owners son and husband exchange words, husband leaves - still no mushrooms, husband leaves to go to car. We are now 35 minutes later than we were told our food would be ready. No apologies, no discount offered when food finally does come. We let this experience go - I went in again approx end Oct for 2 slices/again fried mushrooms - called as I was leaving my driveway (we live approx 6 minutes away)-told 15 minutes - went to Town Clerks office, long conversation with friend who works at the the Clerk's office, realized I was running behind to pick up food (it's now 30 minutes since my call per my phone)- walked in and you guessed it.. food not ready, mushrooms never put down... 15 minutes later had food; slices and mushrooms - 45 minutes after I called...not one other customer waiting - we let it go (much to my husband's protest, I am a bitmore patient :).. again, being long time customers and feeling like we should support small town business, stuff happens etc etc..and ordered delivery approx. end Nov 2020 food was horrible, pizza toppings were scarce and wings were so overcooked we ended up throwing them out. It will be a very very long time before we spend another dollar in this establishment, if ever - the quality has gone downhill and there seems to be no thought to customer service what so ever. Though a big believer in mistakes happening and things going on that are not planned for, all of this together adds up to a big yeah..no thanks, spent way too much money in your place to keep doing this. Read moreSo ove order food from nimas every tuesday for about four weeks first time was good what you normally expect from nimas long delivery time but its to be expected second tome i ordered a sub extra mayo lto banana pepper i get the sub and they forgot the onions no problem i let it go people make mistakes third time i order two subs on for me one for a co worker they for got the peppers on my coworkers sub i call them up they offer me two dollars off my next order o just ask them to bring what i ordered and ill return the wrong one agian today i order food coworker doesnt trust there sub making so i order my sub same as usual and the get a medium pizza when i received the pizza it looked like it was tipped to the corner everything was on one corner of the box idk what they decided to do with this pizza but it was just destroyed and my sub they put the banana peppers on the side and normally id let that slide and just throw them on myself no problem but after seeing this pizza i was furious! So i clock out of work bring them back there food and immediately ask for a manager feeling like a real karen cause i dont do this to alot of places but i definitely want my money back on this so i explain what happened and even the manager doesnt look in the box until i direct him to basically telling me that he knew about this ahead of time and they delivered it anyways i ask for my money back he says i can make a new pizza but i put the banana peppers on the side and instead of saying i payed you to make the sub you didnt pay me to put the ingredients on it i said i just want my money back i have a receipt from the refund and im happy agian moral is buyer beware but ill never go back to...
Read moreHave always loved Nima's! I used to live right around the corner and I brought my friends after a day at Montezuma. We were able to sit and they brought our pizzas to us. It has gotten a bit expensive but I'm ok with paying more since they do help me out with my dietary restrictions. The only bad part was the restrooms were closed. There were no restrooms at Montezuma opened so we had not had restroom access since 11am that morning and it was 5PM by the time we got there. I understand with Covid going on, however, it would be nice if they offered it to people who were dining in. If someone is picking up they won't need restroom access, but after having traveled an hour and a half from home to Montezuma and stopping along the thruway on the way there, we were in need of a restroom!
