Fahrenheit Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Town of Massena

I've been to two events here. The first was midget wrestling. I wanted to try their wings so I arrived almost 2 hours before the event started. The service was horrible. The bartender was not knowledgeable about drinks or the food. The food (I got wings and fries) were fantastic. It took over 45 mins to get though. Throughout the night they were running out of beer and certain liquors. The place was packed. They were nowhere near prepared. It was disorganized and chaotic. The midget wrestling was very entertaining though.

The second time (2 weeks after the first) I went for Hollywood Knockouts oil wrestling. Again I got there early. They were out of burgers. So I didn't eat. The bartender yet again didn't seem to have a clue. Very unprofessional in her attitude as well as her attire. The staff in general (management/owners included) don't seem to have a clue about how to effectively run a bar or restaurant. They were prepping for the event as it was starting. They ran out of liquor yet again as well as certain beers. They didn't even have limes prepped. Keep in mind the place was packed again. They did not have adequate staff at the bars which meant it took a long time to even get a drink. They lost a ton of money due to this fact alone. Again the show was wonderful. This facility is a great facility to have events, but needs to be better managed and with a better trained and friendlier staff. They need to be more prepared for this like this. I mean they presold tickets so they had to have had a decent idea of what to expect.

Overall the experiences were fun but frustrating. I'll go back again for events but make sure to eat and drink elsewhere...

Loved their food! We went on Saturday evening with family for dinner and it was great. We had their wings, will definitely be stopping by on Wednesday for wing nights from now on!! There was a gentleman working there, didn’t get his name but my 2year old niece and 1year old son needed to burn some energy and he was nice enough to suggest turning the lights on downstairs for the kids to run around to, which I thought was very nice of him to do so....

Burger was cold and had no flavor. Regulars were talking to the barman..JP?....and the language was really bad!! He would tell them to tone it down, but still kept serving them as they got louder and more crude....and this was 2 middle aged women!! And he sat with them?! They even offered to fill the beer cooler for him. The place needs a manager, or a barman who will.cut off his "friends" when they have obviously had too...
