Worth going out of your way!
If you find yourself going across I86, or up/down route 30 and need a meal, make the detour for High on the Hog. Trust.
I read all of the negative reviews here so far and the only thing I can agree with is the lack of atmosphere. That said, it was clean and functional - exactly what you'd want from strip mall BBQ. Service was kind and prompt without being intrusive.
I was there around 7:00 on a Saturday evening and they were not out of stock on anything. I think they figured out their previous forecasting difficulties.
And the food! The most important part of a restaurant review...
I ordered the platter which is designed for 2 because I wanted to sample different things. Pulled pork was juicy and smokey. The ribs tender, flavorful and also juicy. The brisket was just right - a little fatty, moist, melt in your mouth. Coleslaw and potatoes were also just right.

There is a large table on the right side upon entering with some 4 tops scattered about the rest of the space. An order counter backed by an open kitchen fills the back half of the space. There are two round tables outside for outdoor dining.
The food is very good, I went with "The Platter" which I highly suggest so you can sample the St Louis style Ribs (half rack), Brisket, Pulled Pork, Salt potatoes and Slaw. $23.00
If you are looking for some great BBQ I suggest giving High on the Hog...
