Hong Kong Buffet — Restaurant in Town of Minoqua

Will not go again. Went there Friday around 7pm. Half the Buffet options were cold dried out or empty. When asked to refresh food they asked what we wanted. My response was all of it. If I wanted 1 thing I would have gone to the other restaurant. They refilled 2 items. There was also 4 people there waiting to fill their Togo boxes. When we asked again if they were going to refresh the line they told us no. They are closing early. Wish they would have told us that when we walked in . We would not have stayed. We had 1 plate each and when we asked for a discount because of the half empty options and vold food they took $5 off . Horrible...

Figure if we went in about 4:30 the food would be fresh and hot,WRONG!! Maybe because it was a Wednesday?Food was old and dry,not much but chicken dishes,the hot mushroom soup was bland,the rice was cold and the waitress/cashier was very very unfriendly if she cracked a smile her face would fall off. The price was stupid expensive for the quality of food they serve. $12.95 plus $1.75 for a soda not to mention we were barely finished with our meals first serving and she throw the check at us. The sad part is there isn't a good Chinese buffet in the whole northwoods area for miles...
