Subway — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

This place is nice I was here at 7:45 1/11/23 the lady is the rudest person I've ever dealt with this is the 2ed time I had her make me sandwichs she is rude sloppy if she is there I will be going to another Subway. Another person came in at 5 minutes to 8 she turned the lights off at 7:50 the other person saw how she was making my sandwich throwing the meat and making the sandwich very sloppy and then throwing the meat back into the case he just left and she said good because she was going to tell him she is closed your website says open till 8:30 he went to Newburgh and that will be where I will be going from now on. I also manager of a multibillion-dollar company in the area this woman is bad for your business. In case you did not get it she is rude has a nasty disposition she's sloppy throws meat back in a case theows the vegetables she Don't use back in it's case it's just not nice to watch. This is the kind of person that don't care about customer service or what they think of her worst experience ever I thought maybe the first time I saw her she was in a bad mood everybody has a bad day I gave her the benefit of the doubt this is the second time and this is just the way this person works and acts. She does not appreciate her job or her customers or anything about customer service. She's definitely not kid friendly and she was absolutely not customer friendly this lady's bad for business me as a manager and if I saw the way she acts and treats customers I would fire her and wouldn't even care about paying unemployment who's the worst person I've ever dealt with in any fast food and definitely not...

I hadn’t been to this location for some time, and I will never return. I was the only customer, two females working. When asked what I wanted I asked how the tuna looked today. It wasn’t said nasty or mean, the last time I was there you could see what you were ordering, now it’s concealed. The girl waiting on me seemed to take offense that I asked that and replied in a nasty tone, “it’s good everyday”. I ordered it as a deluxe… when the sandwich appeared I was surprised and asked if it was a deluxe, she snapped yes, obviously with an attitude. If this sandwich, with a paper thin layer of tuna, is a deluxe, I would hate to see a regular one! For the first time in years I did not tip a service worker. Her attitude and the quality of what was being passed as a deluxe sandwich were enough for me. The little bit of tuna on the sandwich was fresh, but the overall experience was disappointing. I know good employees are in short supply, but damn that location is really suffering! I hate feeling disgusted like this, I generally like to leave positive reviews and don’t recall the last time that I was annoyed enough to leave a negative review. Lady was abrupt and EXTREMELY rude, NASTY attitude. Asked for my sandwich double toasted & she looked at me & goes "I am only toasting this sandwich ONE time". WOW. Asked her to put the cheese on 1st then the bacon so the bacon actually COOKS, since this location like to serve it RAW for some reason, got an attitude about that too. Didn't even give me the right chicken! She was so bad the customer that had been in front of us PULLED UP NEXT TO OUR CAR just to complain about this lady!
