I was just at this establishment passing through , and my bf and I ordered and 1/2 dozen donuts and an Everything bagel (double toasted) easy right. Well it's almost 9:30AM so there's a little rush nothing g to crazy. My bf had already received the box of donuts he picked out, however we were still waiting for the EVERYTHING bagel , now I'd like to point out that the manager of the morning shift there was the one making all the hot items . 10 minutes has passed now and I'm still waiting standing holding the box of donuts and an employee asked if anything was wrong with my order if she could help me with something, I politely said oh no thank you, I'm just waiting for an Everything double toasted bagel. Now it's going on 15 minutes still no bagel so I asked if it had been made yet or if I still was waiting. It was no where that busy or hectic for it to be that long of a wait. The manager finally comes around the corner with the bagel and I asked to be sure it was an Everything double toasted bagel, and she said yes it's everything but mo it's not double toasted and took it before I could grab the bag. So she's now going on with all this 20 minutes for a bagel let alone toasting it twice . Finally I get the bag and now I'm in a hurry because my bf and family are ready to go and need to be at an event by a specific time. I get in the truck and I open the bag and took a bite without looking and at first thought I had the bottom of the Everything bagel I wanted the top, I look down, after all that time and constant repeating my order the MANAGER gave me a plain bagel. It was already to late to go in and have it refunded because shit I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait.
Now another thing I'd like to add, was when I first arrived and was looking to see if they had any bagels on display and they didn't so I asked a crew member if they still had any bagels left . She asked the very same manager who made my order and didn't even pay any attention , any wY she asks the manager if they were out of bagels and this was her response " what did i say?!we are out of bagels when I say we are out of bagels !" When she emerged from the corner where your unable to see anyone there I spoke up for the employee and told the manager that it was me that was inquiring about the bagels because they did t have them on display .
I'm very disgusted by the entire experience. I've worked for dunkin donuts several times always ending on a good note, and it's not that difficult to follow direction and pay attention to detail. Not only that but that manager did not represent the way dunkin expects ALL their employees to represent the company. If they continue to have managers like her managing their store and crew members, then they are in trouble and will co ti ue to go down hill. I highly suggest having her demoted as manger and promote one of the employees who were working hard and effectively and efficiently. But that's my opinion. And this concludes my review.
Oh! One last thing, the dinning area is NOT a good set up for people coming in to order and then standing off to the side to wait . Everyone is all crunched to gather with a giant display case in the center of the floor. Which there's no need to have that much merch displayed in such a small store area, utilize a small space on the front facr of the counter . Reducing that display case will allow mre space for customers to feel...
Read moreThe past couple times I've been to this establishment I've seen this place go down hill dramatically. The quality of the food is not good anymore. Food is cold when it's suppose to be warm and the pastries/baked goods are raw in the middle. I've given chance after chance knowing staffing issues have occurred but to have this go on for months is not ok for me personally. I will not be spending my money here anymore. What happened to good quality food? Also customer service needs to be addressed. I asked nicely for a refund because you didn't have what I ordered which was ok with me. No big deal. Things happen. I get treated like I'm an asshole for asking for a refund. The look of disgust I got because I wanted a refund for something they didnt have. I will not be returning to any Dunkin establishments...

Honestly someone should put a call into corporate because these two are horrible I came in to get a coffee and I see them playing on their phones laughing while everyone else is running around trying to do their jobs and help others do their jobs only to get screamed out by one of these two horrendous people.
