Great Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Moravia

I ordered food this evening from here when I arrived at home we realized we didn’t have one of our dishes we called them and let them know what had happened I was hung up on twice and was told they would call me back I had to call them back twice once we finally got on the phone with them and they asked us to pack up all of our order and bring it back to prove to them we didn’t get it granted we told them we live a half of an hour away by the end of the conversation we did not receive our meal and was told by them next time to check before we leave but never offered a refund or a credit I do not recommend this place based on this experience customer service goes a long way and if you guys read your own reviews we will never be back we will drive the opposite direction and get better service no...

The guy that answered was super rude and very unprofessional. Didn't answer the phone properly. Just had a very sharp short and rude attitude. Didn't even ask for a name for the order.
