Subway — Restaurant in Town of Moreau

We ordered on the app at 811pm, app took our order confirmed and took our $. Showed up to get our order to find the doors locked. We t into the gas station where the subway clerk was and asked the gas station clerk if they were closed and she rushed to the door and went in and locked it behind her. Gas station clerk indicated they closed at 9 and to go around and knock on the main door hard. I did just that only to be met with the clerk being rude telling me they close at 8 and she doesn't care what the sign on the door says they close at 8. I indicated that the app took my order and wanted to know how that'd be rectified.....she continued to be rude and disrespectful calling me names and telling me that I obviously ordered at the wrong store and didn't order there. Told me if I could show her I ordered there she'd believe it and make my sub. I indeed showed her and she walked away telling me "oh well, we close at 8 take it up with the owner" and proceeded to walk away. I knocked on the door and told her I wanted the owners #. She proceeded to ignore me and I knocked again and told her I wasn't leaving without the #. I received said # and called the owner when he told me she indicated to him she had a family emergency, doubtful as she wasn't moving very fast etc I asked him what he was going to do.....he told me he'd get to the bottom of it. Text me a few min later and told me he'd let me know if the order was processed etc. I heard from him this morning and he had no remorse and simply told me it wasn't processed and eventually the pending hold would fall off and it was the banks issue. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.... rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Guess I'll be finding another location to...

If I could give a 0 I would!!! We are on a trip with our kids for a basketball game. We stopped here for a quick bite we ordered 4 subs spent over $65 dollars left a nice tip and my husband and I shared a sub and we both got HORRIBLE FOOD POISONING. Both of us started vomiting ect within 3 hours of eating there. I called them and she was rude and told me we didn't have food POISONING and it was just a stomach bug... she didn't apologize say she was going to fix anything to prevent others I told her it was not the bug we both were violently ill at the same exact time just after eating there. My kids all got something different and are fine my husband and I shared the same ham sub and I knew it tastes off I told him I didn't like it and he finished it. She also stopped mid making our subs to go to the back so now I'm wondering if she did somthing to cause it also! This ruined our kids trip! We are 3 hours from home and now can't attend our game we came for! We are out over $500 dollars! Do...

I have always loved going to Subway to get a good sub sandwich, but unfortunately as of late my wife hasn't had such great meal service. Over the past couple of months Subway has removed both their Sweet Vadalia Onion sauce and now they removed the Ranch dressing from their menu as well. How can you have a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with no Ranch dressing. The clerk's who made the food neglected to mention that fact when I purchased the sandwich, and my wife was really upset and I ended up having to go to the convenient store just to get some Ranch dressing for her dinner. The chicken was mushy and soft, which when we got home to eat dinner, her sandwich was a bit soggy by the time she was half way...
