Pizza Mania — Restaurant in Town of Mount Hope

Unfortunately we will no longer go here for a quick local meal. Chicken parm sandwich was made of small chunks of "chicken" which were mostly gristle and fatty parts of what should have been a full chicken breast, that is pounded out and breaded etc. Nope. Never seen a chicken parm made this way because it is NOT the way chicken parm has ever been made. This was leftover chunks that I wouldn't feed my dog. It didn't even taste like chicken which was weird. The amount of salt used for the sandwich seemed like it was intentional to cover up the fact the chicken was inedible. Then the french fries were totally dried up and wrinkled and soggy. I was going to bring the food back but life is too busy to waste that time and gas money, so I just wont waste my money there again. This type of food should NEVER be allowed to leave the restaurant and force people to write a Zero Star review. Quality Control would help this issue, but I will not have to worry about that again. Now ill go to a place a little farther away but never a bad meal and they deserve...

I used ro patronize Brians business, I wanted to see him succeed. For years I bought his pies and he was the one making them. Then he hired others to make the pies and it was never the same after that. One person had a terrible attitude with me and co workers.

During a snow storm I lost power and ordered a pie at 4pm but my pie didnt arrive till 9pm. I had called them several times and was told its on the way. They took the price of the topping of the price for waiting 5 hours by a customer who patronized them over ten years.

The pies are terrible now and the topping are very skimpy. The sauce used to be very tasty but is bland now. Depending when you arrive you will get people who are more interested In having a conversation with each other or being fixated on their cell phone.

I wish I could say good things but to many negative things keep me away. And his business reflects the lack of leadership. I did wish the best for him.
