Stopped in on our way passing through. Ordered 4 things. 3 breakfast sandwiches and one simple avocado and toast. Took almost an hour to get our order, that came out incorrect. While waiting an hour an employees young children were running around jumping on the couches, screaming and throwing around some of the board games they offer to play. This charming caffe it’s not only a very nice cozy place to hangout. It is also ran by one of the most competent baristas I came across. A perfect cup was made by Justin ,we had amazing conversations and as I had the privilege to spend some time here while waiting for my car getting ready, I observed the service & appreciation between all the patrons and him , now I can easily say I have a designated coffee shop in western NY and it’s Rocketcup!
