Burger King — Restaurant in Town of New Windsor

Know what is worse than spending 17.00 on a burger? Getting on the highway and realizing your burger is made completely wrong and everyone else in the car got cold food.

Let be back up a few steps.....because this place is a complete disaster.

We came in and attempted to use the self serve screens. The screen wouldn't allow us to order a 4pc kids meal because it was "out of stock" but 6pc meals were in stock. It also said the onion rings were out of stock. There was a lady at the register next to us who we asked why this was like this, she shrugged her shoulders.

I asked if we could order from her, she agreed to take our order.

Well this was quite unpleasant as well. Constant goans, eye rolls, and complete irritation while we placed our 63.00 order.

After all this, our order is wrong, and....cold.

The worst part is, you can't even just pull a u turn on the free way to make them fix it. So you are stuck with disappointment.

All in all this place gets two thumbs down.

I want a refund for the meals we were...

At 9:50am, they had the breakfast and lunch menu up. When I got to the front, I ordered a croissant sandwich meal with bacon, sausage, and ham with an oj. I was told they aren't serving breakfast anymore. I was then told, if I wanted to wait 6 minutes, they'd make my order. I was offered a bottle of water or soda in place of the oj, I waited 10 minutes, per my phone, and was handed a bag. I was in a rush so I took the bag and left. When I got to my destination and opened the bag, and to my surprise was a double whopper with cheese and bacon and fries. To make it worse, I was charged $18.35 and never received my egg sandwich, or my hashbrowns, or my orange juice. This place should be shut down and the owner should spend time in jail. Many...

The lines for the 2 self service machines were so long! Using the machines takes longer than talking to a person. The wait for the food& drinks was a little over 10 minutes. It would have been longer, but once I started taking pictures more employees started working instead standing idly by while one person did all the work. Also they paid no attention to the drinks that customers ordered with their meals- we all had to ask for them. Finally though all staff were wearing gloves, they were still touching their faces, clothes etc with their gloved hands and then touching the food. The whole system here at this rest stop Burger King is a mess. - food was barely warm as well, including cold...
