Primo's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of New Windsor

Food is always good but they dont like to stand by their coupons! A while back I ordered for delivery and had a $5.00 coupon. They said it was no good because the menu was old. I ordered for delivery today with a $21.95 combo meal coupon and they end up charging me $23.95..I call and they said the menu was old and the price went up.. I have food delivered from this place atleast once a month and usually get updated menus when the delivery arrives. So I know my menu cant be more than a few months old at most..Which leaves me to wonder, How often do the prices go up? Not only that there is no expiration date on the coupons so they should honor the coupon! The food is good but there are others just as good like Pizza heaven and momma teresas..Primos just lost my business for being...

I waited for my food to feed my family, and they delivered my food to the wrong address, and did not even call to let me know the status of my order. I called and they didn’t offer to refund my order or remake my order. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. I will never order here again, and I don’t recommend them. DO NOT ORDER. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I even went to the house that took my order and the lady refuses to give me back my money, even though she ate my pizza for my family. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL, this restaurant doesn’t deserve...

This is my spot for Pizza. I have had other dishes from here as well and they are all good but, the Pizza is my favorite! It never disappoints. It is always consistent! The crust is perfectly cooked and crispy - not burnt. The crust is not too big and doughy! Sauce - delicious! Staff always friendly and service speed is good. Sometimes there is a little wait because they are busy but, that's not a bad thing. But, I'm talking about- when they say 20 mins they mean the full 20 mins! Never had to wait more than 5 extra mins.
