Cherry Top Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Went to get ice cream and ordered a kids size vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. I noticed when I got back to the car there was chocolate ice cream mixed with the vanilla. I went back and asked for a new one and the old lady behind the counter got rude and said for that little bit of chocolate. If I wanted chocolate in a Vanilla cone I would have asked for it. Due to the rude old lady I will no longer go there and spend a dime. She was probably the owner but she should really learn some customer service especially when her or her employee made a mistake! I didn’t take chocolate ice cream out of my pocket and mix it in. I will no longer spend a dime there and there are plenty of places in the area that are more pleasant...

Have always loved the products and services since I was a child. My favorite memories were always the surprise visits here with my parents and then bringing my own children here. Absolutely loved our visit to this ice cream spot! The staff was incredibly kind and took their time walking us through the menu, making us feel so welcome. We didn’t realize it was cash-only, but they were so patient while we figured things out. To top it all off, a stranger ahead of us generously offered to pay for all of our ice creams—six in total!
