Pizza Point — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

I want to start by first saying this is a small locally owned business that just like everyone else during Covid I’m sure went through struggles that effected the business. I find some of the previous reviews to be completely unsympathetic to the littlest of complaints. Everyone runs to post an ugly review when “unhappy” to have a voice but I promise you for every one bad review Danny the owner has dozens of great reviews from customers and people who support his hard work and good food. I have zero complaints about the food from Brooklyn Pizza and certainly enjoy my favorite and exclusive “Buffalo Knots.” They are addicting! The Owner Danny comes from a Pizzeria bloodline and continues to work extremely hard at preserving the old school way and family sauce. He treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond for the community. He’s the guy who would give you the shirt off your back and for that he 100% has my business for not only that but great, honest, local delicious pizza! A must go, especially for those Buffalo knows, if you haven’t tried them you’re missing...

I called to place a order to be delivered and I told the young man that I had to get my card to pay for it. And he says well that will be smart. I brush off that smart remark and proceeded to get my card. I had to look for it so so I begin telling him that I had to look for my card and will call back but he rudely hangs up the phone on me as soon as I start talking. I called back and tell him to cancel my order and next time do not hang up on anybody because that is rude and he says no problem and hangs up again. This is not the first time that people at Brooklyn's Pizza have been rude. Everytime I go there or every time I call to place an order I always get an attitude so I will not be getting anything from here again. Their pizza is not the best I've had either and would rather get something from Leo's...

I went into Brooklyn Pizza last night for the very first time. Everyone was friendly and the food was extremely delicious. They have a huge array of different foods (Italian, tacos, fajitas, steaks , appetizers, etc. . I can't complain not one bit. I heated everything up when I got home and omg, to my surprise the first bite I took was so crispy, and fresh. I also recommend the garlic knots sandwich with the mozzarella,red roasted peppers, balsamic and chicken cutlet. I am so excited to have found this place. The prices are not bad either.
