Did you know it is policy if you order, 2 donuts, 2 wraps and 1 coffee, that it is 2 combos. Apparently at this store they put the sandwich only on the board, but if you order anything else it automatically becomes a combo, and they don't have to tell you. Also policy they don't mark the wrap container to tell you which sandwich is inside. We tried to use the app to find if there something we could use, however, the person behind the counter couldn't help, but they figured out how to take away the coffee and 400 points, even though the coffee was already free. Another policy, you don't get a receipt unless you ask. The girl in charge tried to justify what happened, she tried to show me that without the Combo meal bill would have been $18.71, so with the combo meal less the free coffee (that's already free) I paid $16.78. So without taking off the coffee, the bill was the same. They used my points and discount, for something that was already free, and now I am out 1 coffee and 400 points. No place to upload photos, so let me know. Store cleanliness, I would give 1 star, person who tried explaining bill, was seen eating munchkins, then dropped a donut on the floor, didn't notice, if I hadn't seen this while getting out of truck I wouldn't believe it, they didn't even know there was a donut on the floor...
Read moreNEW MANAGEMENT (or owner mentality) REQUIRED This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The only reason it's still open is because it's a Tim Hortons. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed with how it's being run. That said, I half think that it's owner is responsible for the lack in staff, and the lack in preparation of that staff at any given time. This is what happens when they forget that this is a service based establishment, and only seem to car about the bottom line.
Breakfast sandwiches have been consistently bad. Not one has had the English muffins even remotely toasted. This should be an absolute given. You shouldn't have to ask for an English muffin on a breakfast sandwich to be toasted. Not to mention that they regularly run out of hash browns during known rush times. It doesn't take an overabundance of foresight to fix this, but they consistently miss the mark.
I absolutely love Tim Hortons, but the quality coming out of this location has caused me...
Read moreI know that it was memorial day weekend so I should expect things to be busier, but also take so much more time. But here I am confused. Now, don't get me wrong the employees were super nice and trying their hardest. I had a bigger order because I'm a nurse making a coffee run. (The fellow customers left a lot to be desired but that's not a reflection on the business... Or is it?) But it took me 25 minutes to get 6 coffees, this egg thing, and 4 donut holes. The other employees didn't really help this one older one who was obviously struggling. So, with that in mind, a three is fair because it's average. But next time, when there are 6 employees and one of the 17 year olds is flirting with a 40 year old man (which he reciprocated the flirting) show some teamwork.
Now with how busy it was, they only messed up one thing on my order and I have to say that's pretty impressive for sure. I'll always prefer Dunkin Donuts (because America runs on Dunkin) but the...
