Josif's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of North Collins

Food has been amazing every time we order, we have done dine-in once but we get our food togo a lot because we have little kids and just prefer to eat at home while they are full of energy. It usually takes a bit longer for our food to be ready to go than we are told even when they aren't busy, but it's not a give deal, the food is always hot a tastes great, so it's worth the wait. Sad to hear they are selling but congratulations to Joe on his retirement, hoping the new owners keep the place just as amazing as Joe made it. We had a private meeting dinner at this new restaurant. The remodeling job done on the exterior and interior was impressive. Our group had meals with pork chops and fish. I had the beef tips with au jus, onions and mushrooms with a twice baked potato, salad and green beans. It was utterly delicious, the tips were as tender as filet. Service for our large group was excellent and attentive. My companions thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. We told our organizers that this place was a "keeper " for further dinners. The food was amazing. I had no idea this hidden gem was in North Collins. We had 2 hours before my son’s baseball game, and couldn't find anything nearby except Josif's, not even a gas station. I'm so glad we went in. We ordered the chicken caprese flatbread pizza and the lamb Greek pita, and they were both delicious. The waitress was so nice - she even filled up my son's water bottle since I couldn't find a place to buy more water. Next time I'm driving through North Collins, I will definitely stop at...
