Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Dansville

Place was slammed when I got there! The manager of the place did a great job organizing the chaos and getting everyone to help out and fulfill the orders however my order when I ordered a coffee a donut and a breakfast sandwich they forgot my donut order no big deal I waited at the order fulfillment area. I received my coffee and my sandwich but no donut and when I alerted the lady behind the counter that was making coffees that I had yet to receive my donut she acknowledged that I had not received it but went back to making coffees and didn't tell anyone that I'm missing a donut. honestly that was a big source of frustration I understand that they were packed and she's trying to get out as many coffee drinks as she can but the lack of understanding how to delegate or ask for help or at least go get it herself was very annoying to me and unfortunately I came back up to the register where the manager was with an attitude. The manager was very sweet I just simply told her hey I'm still waiting for my donut I never got it and she must have seen that I was a little frustrated and gave me two donuts as I'm sorry. so overall I was very satisfied with the way that manager was running things the donuts were fresh the coffee was great The only thing I can add is a little constructive criticism that even though you're slammed if somebody tells you that they have something missing from their order you've got to relay that message to the other team members. That store manager deserves a raise or at the very least an accommodation I hope she sees...

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this Dunkin is the worst unfortunately. I live in Dansville but I’d rather drive to Lakeville at the truck stop gas station to go and get Dunkin, they are AMAZING. Everytime I go to the Dunkin in Dansville my order is always messed up and never accurate. For example one day I’ll get hash browns that are frozen or I’ll get hash browns that are burnt to a crisp or I’ll get hash browns that taste like plastic. Another example I always ask for an extra amount of cream cheese on my bagel and I get about none or I’ll get 2 blocks of cream cheese. Also my coffee is never ever made right, I order the same coffee everytime but it’s always different. The customer service is horrible there!! I always see horrible reviews and horrible posts on Facebook about this Dunkin. Something needs to change, maybe ALL new staff/management with the proper training. Dunkin is my favorite place to get breakfast in the morning like everyone else, hence America runs on Dunkin, more like run from this Dunkin. Again I hate leaving bad reviews but something...

We spend our summer near this store and like to get Dunkin often. We had problems last year with poor customer service and slow order fill time. We visited again today and did a mobile order knowing that the order time would be slow. It took 20 minutes for us to get two refresher drinks, two frozen chocolates, a donut and a toasted bagel. The bagel was the first item out so by the time we got everything else my daughter had a cold bagel. One of the refreshers and the frozen chocolate empty cups sat on the counter untouched for almost ten minutes until we probed what was taking so long. When we questioned this, we were greeted with they are almost done and then rude looks. They serviced several walk-in orders and drive through orders who ordered after us before our order was completed.

I would much rather drive twice the distance to another location that takes pride in their customer service and cares about their customers than visit...
