Route Four Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of North Greenbush

I've been a patron of this pizza place for over 10 years, however things have gone downhill in the past several months. The girls at the counter have always been nice, but the quality of food has gotten pretty bad. I ordered a pizza last month and it was raw; there was goopy, sticky dough right under the sauce with only a thin layer of cooked dough on the very bottom. I called and they remade it, but when I returned home, I discovered that pizza was also raw. I gave them one more chance a few weeks later, only to be delivered another raw pizza that I had to finish cooking in my own oven. I was informed one of the brothers who runs the business has left and may be the cause of the change in quality, but I can't confirm that on my own. I'm sad I need to leave this review, but until they change their procedures for making pizza back to what they were, I will not...

Called here to order for my kids and I. As soon as they woman answered, she asked how she could help me, and I began to order. When she cut me off and say to " She's got another call. Then, coming back to my call a moment later, she has me start over just to once again cut me off mid order to take ANOTHER call. Finally, we get through the food ( with her saying, wait what every 3 seconds ) now comes time to pay I tell her and I say I'll be paying with my card not even half way into reading the card number I'm cut off AGAIN... for you guessed it, she's gonna take another call! Only to start all over a maybe 3 minute process took over 10 only to be told I'd have to wait over an hour and I had to remind her she needed my address still.... idk what kinda place this is, but it's not worth the 4...

This restaurant came recommended to my elderly mother who went out of her way and took a bus to get their pizza. The pizza was completely burnt. She called the restaurant and they had promised her a replacement for her next order. She called in on two separate occasions to get said replacement and they denied her. It is no surprise this restaurant has been receiving more negative reviews in the past year including one with a complaint of metal shavings in their pizza. A restaurant that cannot uphold food quality and also takes advantage of the elderly should not be in business. If you eat here check your order and if you get delivery do not pay unless you check your meal first otherwise contact your bank or credit card company but DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER OF REPLACEMENT.
