Tried it once before years ago and it was lousy...still is. Got sesame beef that had a distinct moldy taste, pork - few trace strands - lo mein that was ok (can't really screw up noodles in soy sauce), orange chicken that tasted like musty orange rinds with itty bitty pieces of chicken in balls of batter, egg drop soup that was neon yellow and pork fried rice which was probably the best part of the order although the pork was very dry. Won't be back which is too bad because aside from Hanzo's, there really isn't any place good that I know of in Rensselaer county. Read moreWe used to like the place. Ordered some of the usual dishes we order then decided to try some new stuff. Nothing was good. Its been 17 hours and the trips to the bathroom are frequent and unpleasant. My son is also complaining about stomach pain but not visiting the bathroom as much.
The pu pu platter was very disappointing by the way. The ribs burnt to a crisp. The chicken stick was questionable. Everything had a fish taste. I know chinese food has fish sauce but this was a different fish flavor. The beef in the schezuan beef had the texture of chicken. It was like brown chicken. Also with that fishy taste.
