Sue's Little Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

Can't really make much of a comment about the atmosphere since this was a just pick up order but I can say this was an especially welcoming place. I was behind another customer picking up pizza. I was so impressed that the owner not only knew that customer, but took the time to get updated about how things were in his world! I know many people would find this "inconvenient." I found it charming that she would take the 30 extra seconds to make that person feel special, to feel important to her as a person, not just a customer. Anyway, took our pizzas home and found them to have many similarities to classic NY style pizza, thin crust, not overdone toppings, cooked perfectly, and above all, foldable! We highly recommend Sue’s Pizza & the Vegetarian Plate was out of this world good! My family and I have recently moved to this area from FL. We have visited Family a ton of times over the years but we’ve stuck to their usual places to eat Charlie’s, Salvatores & typical chains etc. BUT tonight Sue’s was hands down the BEST of them all! It’s Christmas Eve & I was so grateful they were open for business. She sent her staff home early for the holiday but stayed open a bit longer for her customers. (So kind) First impression over the phone was a memorable one. She was so kind & had our food ready in a short 20 minutes. Customer service gets 10 stars! Quality of food gets 10 Stars! It definitely is a little pizza shop as the dining room seats only about 12 people. I give these guys props for having a really good customer service. I was really skeptical about the price so I probably asked three or four times for them to recalculate the price and they were really kind and did it each time. I ended up calculating the price myself and found they were right the whole time! The wings were crispy and good. The pizza was creatively green which was a nice touch but lacked a bit on the flavor side of things. I might try again but it’s a little bit expensive and the food didn’t match the price.
