Buffalo Sports Garden — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

Found hair in my food. When I brought it up to the waitress she said she’d get me a new order but that came out in less than 4 minutes. Four minutes to make new food but it took 40 minutes for us to get our original food order? It was also a 40 minute wait for two wraps on Monday evening. Which seems crazy insane. Was sat down at 5:20pm. Didn’t even receive our food until 6:37pm.

Not shocking to see this as I had worked at BSG when I was in highschool. I didn’t really want to even eat there because I’ve seen the quality and sanitation standard of employees in their kitchen hence the reason why I stopped working. Everything from touching raw burgers with no gloves on to then touching the fresh buns for sandwiches without washing hands. Waitresses making salads without gloves and just grabbing fresh raw vegetables with their hands.

Quality of food is still pretty bad compared to other restaurants in the area but I didn’t get to choose where we ate. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you can and to avoid this place. If you ever walked into the kitchen...

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Started off with the waiter clearly not knowing what to do or how to take orders. Then when receive the appetizer of Plato nachos expecting a full tray or plate of nachos to share with a whole table we receive a bowl big enough for a 3 year old toddler to finish. Then instead of taking our order our waitress decided to walk by us multiple times paying us no attention and finally when taking our order we proceeded to wait an extra 45 minutes just to tell us that they couldn’t make what we ordered and had to change the order. To add insult to injury we request a high importance nba game to go on the tv and instead of it being put it on we have now been waiting for 30 minutes and asked for it two times now. I used to go to the BSG for drinks often when I lived in Orchard Park. After moving to Lancaster, I haven't been there in years. We decided to stop by with friends for dinner and had a great time. I don't know why I stopped going! My husband and I shared the southwestern club sandwich with loaded waffle fries, mozzarella wedges and an order of hot wings. Sandwich was great and came with potato salad. Potato salad needed more seasoning like salt and maybe pepper. A lot of meat on the sandwich and fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
