Very small diner that looks like it started out as an ice cream stand. First impressions was old and tired, more dive than diner, but I heard the food was good so we gave it a try. Inside didn't improve our impression, because it smelled like a deep fryer. Service was not great, but I think there was only one person working. However, the food was not bad. My lunch special, tomato, macaroni and ground beef soup was very tasty. The grilled cheese sandwich was loaded with American cheese. The better half's Grilled Chicken Wrap was basically made to order and tasted good too.

Stopped here for breakfast while visiting Cayuga Lake and it was really good. I like to try hole in the wall places like this and it didn't disappoint. I got 3 eggs with meat and corned beef hash. The food was cooked to order and everything was fresh. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Service was friendly and efficient.

Not out this way often, but it's a "cute stop" / whole in the wall takeout diner along the wine trail. Had a BLT and mac (lunch special) and a burger (I was hungry) and a slice of peanut-butter pie (really good and seemed home-maid). All decent and made up quickly. About $20 for everything and that was without a drink. Burger was cooked well (on a flame grill) but just had a slice of cheese on it. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but you also have no other options out there and I was back on the road quickly. I ordered at the counter, but a few people came in to pick up take out...

My son and I stopped in here to get a late lunch on the way back to our campsite from a morning excursion to Sampson. The waitress was very friendly and prompt with her service (I also think she prepped our lunch). My son enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Fingers and Fries. I had a delicious BLT, which I am pretty sure was made on homemade bread. There is a selection of jellies, jams, and baked goods on the way out. I bought some cookies and enjoyed them. My mother said the strawberry-rhubarb jelly was excellent. Great little spot and would stop in again if we are in the area...
